GK 172 seems indeed the only ref. to Hegel. There is a comment on this in The Ezra Pound Encyclopedia by Mark Byron page 221. Hugh Kenner mentions Hegel twice, the first time in connection with Pound's belief that you couldn't have PROSE  ... "in country where the chambermaid comes into your room and exclaims: Schön ist das Hemd!" Kenner then says that "one senses that Hegel was possible only in German." (Era 97). It's more usual for Anglo-Saxons to mention Kant, i.e. that with Kant the verb didn't appear until the next volume!
In other words Pound dismissed Hegel and the rest without having studied them.The chambermaid is more likely to have said: "Ein schönes Hemd haben Sie da."

Is there any evidence that Pound had read (and thought about) Hegel? I know there's a passing reference to the philosopher in Guide to Kulture, but is that the beginning and end of the matter?
