Dear all,

First, as part of the 2008 MLA Congress to be held in San Francisco, 
26-31 December 2008, The Ezra Pound Society has organized two 
sessions. We invite those of you who will be attending this year's 
MLA to attend. I would also like to mention that at the conclusion of 
the second session those in attendance will be asked to suggest 
topics for the 2009 MLA Congress.

And second, we will be organizing two sessions at the ALA conference 
to be help in May in Boston-please see below for topics and deadline.

The North American Ezra Pound Society invites papers to be delivered 
at two panels at the American Literature Association Conference in 
Boston, May 21-24, 2009.  Papers are sought that address the 
following two topics: (1) Teaching Ezra Pound's Poetry; and (2) Ezra 
Pound and the Archive: Poetry, Biography, Correspondence. 

Please send abstracts of 250 words by January 31 to Demetres P.
