"where oh where is the positive construct, where oh where can it be?"  it
ain't in the area of signor Pound, that's for sure.  now we are treated to
the slop of how the study of signor Pound is central to knowing what kind of
a human not to be (prepare thyself for the predictable regurgitation of the
*fascist/nazi/Conficius* onslaught).  one should not love beauty, poetry, or
the lessons of history.  one should be narrow-minded (this ought to be good
for 5000 words), wear blinkers, and chant mantras of pious nonsense.  one
should claim all "insights" as one's own, just as one should never recognize
how difficult it is to actually say something new.  above all, one should
digress whenever one is criticized, especially if one's name is really Bob.
