For the record, those excited and very anxious questions weren’t mine, they
were part of the comments to the video. I haven’t a clue who posted them.

But that was my point; questions are being asked throughout American society
that Pound attempted to address, and hence I find it odd that Poundian
studies is so out of favour today. It’s not just the banking issue, or the
role of debt, etc., its his focus on the constitution, the relations of
corporations to individuals to state, ‘foreign’ wars.

I hadn’t heard of McFadden.
