The agenda for Monday's ACTEM meeting and the minutes from the last

The meeting will be held at the Cross Building in Augusta - room 104 from
9 am to noon.

There are an assortment of off site remote locations, those are listed at
the top of the agenda.



We will be looking at a variety of By-Laws changes and according to the
current By-Laws:

ARTICLE X AMENDMENTS

	a. These bylaws may be altered, amended or repealed and new bylaws may be
adopted by a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the voting members present at
any meeting of the members, provided at least five days written notice via
newsletter or email is given of the intention to alter, amend or repeal or
to adopt new bylaws at such meeting.

So, this is the official 5 day notice for the intention to change the
by-laws.  The proposed changes are available at:
