My home internet connection is too pathetically slow tonight to watch the
videos, so I don't know how he's doing this.   I've been playing with an
app called Splashtop to control my laptop and play with the whole iPad as
an IWB.  It's a $5 app but you can try out the time limited version for
free.

I've also been playing with a bluetooth microphone/earpiece and using
Quicktime to do a screen recording of the session and my talk while I
wander the room with my iPad running the screen.

Takes a little practice but there are some really serious possibilities
here.
