Yes, the foto was taken in Rapallo. Roughly at the
time these four characters are helping Pound put out
the Literary Supplement to <Il Mare>. Massimo
Bacigalupo used this foto (which I believe he found
through Forde) on the back cover of the City of
Rapallo's recent reprinting of the Lit. Supplement.

Dunno. I didn't read Forde's biography in entirety.
But it seems a reasonable supposition . . .

You mean you want my Masoliver bibliography? (Give me
a few days.) And what about Haz (Haas). He did some
interesting things for the Supplement, essays on Jung
and on Kafka. But what does he do afterwards?
