Dartmouth loses its conference opener in Cambridge by a 5-2 final. Lee Stempniak led the way for Dartmouth with a goal and an assist. The game was closer than the score led on, it was 3-2 until Harvard got an ENG with 18 seconds to go and then scored on Boucher with 2 seconds to go for the final margin of victory.
I know it's only 3 games in, but I do not like what I'm seeing (or hearing) in net from Boucher. He's allowed 3, 4, and 4 GAA despite having 6 returning starters on D in front of him including Byrne and Summerfelt. He's had only one scoreless period this season. And his save percentage is well below .900 at .870. I think Gaudet needs to take a serious look at Gastrock or Yacey for tomorrow night's game against Brown.
