The score was in my report, but if you missed it Yale won 4-1.  I wouldn't
want to extrapolate broad style differences from one game, but Yale
clearly had much more speed and skill in puckhandling than UBC showed in
this game.
 
As I've mentioned in the past college hockey is not something that gets a
lot of attention in Canada.  The players tend to be former junior players
whose primary motivation is to get an education while enjoying some
competitive hockey.  Junior hockey gets much more media attention and fan
interest.  I'll bet Yale was surprise by how small both the rink and crowd
was for that game.
