  Well, as stated in the standard document, Woofs come in degrees. So howling
is just a higher degree of woofing.
 
  In response to the earlier comments on MTU and WI, Oliver's Theorem does
note that the Woof gods will sometimes delay their wrath so as to maximize
the pain suffered by the fans.
