Finals Week is a Pain...
 
        The Arizona State Ice Devils made the IceCats work for their win on
Saturday after being steamrolled Friday night.  The IceCats fell behind twice
during the game before the go-ahead goal was scored late in the third period.
I guess that after winning 15-1 the previous night, the players did not want
to take Saturday's game seriously.  Instead, the IceDevils' goalie, Brian Rims,
played tremendously to atone for letting 5 goals in the first period the
previous night. Andy Ashare started Friday's game but was pulled late in the
second period for Dennis Hands to come in and bolster the defense.

The win Saturday preserved this season's undefeated streak (13-0), the IceCats'
home game winning streak (28?), and the UA streak over ASU to *50* games.
 
Attendance:  Friday, 5800+   Saturday, 6600+
 
#3 Penn State comes to TCC the 7th and 8th of January to start off the spring
season.  Arizona is currently #6 and Arizona State #15...
