And as list administrator I say:  HEAR! HEAR!  It IS possible to debate
issues without resorting to ad hominum attacks or being abusive to each
other.  This debate has come perilously close to the latter and has
definitely included some of the former.  Lets be reasonable, folks.  If you
feel someone has used faulty logic, then state "faulty logic" and point out
why - not "Don't be an idiot" type of response.  In the end I think it is
fairly obvious that the readers/posters on this list are not going to reach
unanimity on this topic.  Just be civil to each other.  OK?
