I have heard that the plans for North Dakota's new
rink involve a 12,000 seat arena. Is there any word
about the size of the student section in the new arena
and whether students will still be allowed in for no charge?
Currently at Engelstad Arena I believe that nearly half the
seats are designated for students which helps make it
one of the loudest rinks in the country.
