AT RPI, the US and Canadian national anthems are played at the
start of each game.
At the Christmas tournament, when the student band is not present,
they either bring someone else in to play it, or
play a recording.  The Pep band plays the alma mater
toward the end of the second intermission. For those games when
the band is not present, no alma mater is played.
