UMass-Lowell took a 4-2 first period lead on UNH and appeared headed for
its 5th Hockey East win, but Joe Flanagan scored three goals in the game
including the game-tying goal 32 seconds into the third, then he set
up Kevin Thomson for the winner at 8:35 of the period as UNH moved into
a four-way tie for second and broke a four-game losing streak. Flanagan's
15 goals on the season puts him among the nation's leaders.

All HE teams are off until Wed Dec 18 when Northeastern hosts Princeton.
