"Home Game" is available in book form here in the states, but it was
never printed here. It was published by McClelland & Stewart out of
Toronto, the latest trade paperback edition coming out in 1994. I bought
a copy at Borders in Framingahm, Mass., so I konw it's out there, although
a bit harder to find than Stephen King's Green Mile series.
 
Have to agree though, it's an excellent and inciteful read. And at just
under 300 pages, one well worth making.
