Like Wayne Smith told me if you want to ask the question that list it as an
off line poll.  I'll vote! :).
 
Personnally I like the a 10 min overtime and if the game is tied it's tied. I
think the shootouts have no place in Hockey accept as they are used in the
NHL All-Star competition.  In fact an hour or too off the top East/West college
All-Stars competing in events like shootouts, speed races, target shooting,
etc, would be great fun for the players and fans... but for please keep it out
of games... it's nothing more then a cheap gimmick.
 
Oh God! I just had a nasty thought.  Next year perhaps they will shoot at
targets to decide games, or the fastest slap shot.  Can you imagine if
basketball over time ties were decided by a 3 point contest, or worst yet
slam-dunk contest.. how about one on ones?
