I know this is just fanciful, but...
1. It can't happen. To get the point totals above, Vermont and Dartmouth
would both have to sweep, and Princeton would have to get two points
(one win or two ties). Since Princeton plays both Vermont and Dart-
mouth this weekend, that can't occur.
2. Even if it could, the tie between RPI and Princeton would go to Prince-
ton, based on head-to-head record (Princeton is 1-0-1 against RPI). And
the tie between Dartmouth and Union would go to Union based on record
against the top four teams (Union would be 1-4-3 for five points, Dart-
mouth would be 2-6 for four points).
