A couple of notes:
 
Mike Machnik asked if I could explain how the ratings are calculated. I will
write an explanation shortly, and post it to the list, in case others are
interested.
 
Next weekend, I leave for Christmas, and will probably be off the Internet
until mid-January :-( But I will make sure to update things right after I
