Michigan State junior center Anson Carter and Michigan goaltender Marty
Turco were named Sunday as CCHA players of the week.  Carter, from Scarborough,
Ontario had three points in the Spartan's 7-4 win Wednesday over Bowling Green.
    In a 7-3 loss to Michigan, he scored two power-play goals.
    Turco, a freshman from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, stopped 12 of 15 shots in
Michigan's win over Michigan State on Friday.
    In Saturday's 7-3 win over Bowling Green, he had 27 saves.
    He leads CCHA goalies with six wins and is third with a 2.38 goals-against
