Number one - don't put too much stock in the early season
polls.

I had asked the question earlier about Harvard and their rank
(they actually moved up earlier this year) and got an earful
of responses.

What's interesting to note is that this is an annual event
for Harvard to be ranked highly with a low or no games played
record. Year after year, ECAC has Harvard and one other team
generally ranked.

And IMO, based on early season performance with three impressive
wins, the Vermont Catamounts deserve the top billing in polls
from the ECAC.

Rather than complain about Harvard, ask why Vermont isn't ranked
above them ??
