There was no icing signal at all. I immediately wondered why the whistle
blew, but Jim Teresco pointed out that Maine still had someone deep in
the zone as the puck crossed the goal line, but not on goal. The linesman
on the far side (from my viewpoint) blew the whistle and I didn't see any
indication from him that it was icing.
