Former Minnesota-Duluth goalie Brant Nicklin is off to hot start since
signing with the Oklahoma City Blazers of the Central Hockey League.

Signing just days before Christmas, Nicklin's record improved to 12-1-0
after a 1-0 shutout victory over the Indianapolis Ice Saturday March 3.
Nicklin stopped 30 shots and his goals-against average dipped to 1.92.

He has the best start by any goaltender in franchise history after 13
games.
