... in the US.  In Switzerland, people can (and do) smoke nearly
everywhere.  In fact (artful hockey tie-in) when the Swiss Ice Hockey
Federation banned smoking in arenas during games, the Bernese at least
interpreted that to mean that it was okay to smoke during the
intermissions.  It gets a little hazy by the third period...
