RPI barely holds on to third place tonight with a 1-1 tie at Yale.  The
Engineers ekk out the single point they needed in order to host a playoff
series next weekend against the eighth place team, Harvard.  Scott
Prekaski plays his second straight strong game behind the pipes to
prevent the weekend from being a total loss.
 
In the upset of the night Colgate follows up its shocking defeat of
Clarkson with an equally improbable victory over St. Lawrence, 2-1.  For
the Red Raiders the last weekend heroics only earns them a date in New
Haven against fifth place Yale.
