        Does this mean that they'll be using the obvious workaround to
let them play in the HE tourney, namely cancelling 5 non-conference
games so that they can compete in the HE playoffs and still be under
the limit?  (As I understand it, the NC$$ only cares that Maine not
exceed the maximum, with no exemptions.  Couldn't they still play in
the HE tournament if that didn't put them over the limit?)  Or does it
just mean that they need to get rid of one game to make up for losing
the Dalhousie exemption?
