Hi all:
The semi finals are tentatively scheduled for 4:00 and 7:00 PM thursday
and the championship is tentatively scheduled for 5:00 saturday. 
Owing to the time change, non-stop flights from the east coast allow
reasonable thursday travel. There's a list below

With this scheduling, it does not make sense to have the dinner before
the thursday games or between the thursday games. I believe i was
volunteered to coordinate unless somebody else wants it. i'm looking at
having the get together Saturday afternoon.  The tentative plan is to
try to have a place from 1:00 to 4:30 on saturday within easy walking
distance of the arena. There are two places within a block of the
arena, but neither (brauns or brooklyns) has appropriately sized
controllable space. The curtis hotel is willing to put something on,
and the student center (formerly the tivoli brewery) at the combined
auraria campus does host meetings. 

Any advice about choices of venues or times would be appreciated.
