How many rinks have only one resurfacing machine?  If two are used, would it
mean rinks would go to three so that there is a back-up?  I can recall at
least one time where there was a serious stoppage as a disabled resurfacing
machine was towed from the ice.

When will a group who works the neighborhood outdoor rink with snow
blowers,etc.  challenge the resurfacing machine to a contest?
