As if this season hasn't been interesting enough for Gopher fans, here's
an item from this morning's column by Charley Walters (St. Paul Pioneer
Press sports columnist):
 
"Don't be surprised if Gophers hockey junior Dave Spehar transfers to
Minnesota-Duluth following the season if the Gophers' coaching staff
remains intact."
 
Spehar was benched for Fridays game. I guess that's some indication that
all is not well between Spehar and the coaching staff...
