 I haven't found a specific provision awarding a "called" goal.

OK, who takes the penalty shot? Wouldn't it be the player whose shot is
prevented from reaching the goal by the thrown stick? If so, the SCSU player
who shot the puck would be awarded a penalty shot on his own goal, which would
be pretty easy to miss.
