Well.  First of all, it wasn't me.  Second, what better to focus on than
college hockey?  Third, it's not like I don't have opportunities to do
stuff like this, but most teams have bigger mascots.  For instance, I
found a dead badger on the side of the road in southern Minnesota last
summer.  Now, I suppose I could have tied it to the roof of the car, taken
it home, and stored it in the freezer for future use, but it would have
been ...  awkward.  Dead bulldogs and huskies would be even worse.  A guy
could get a strange reputation keeping an inventory of roadkill in cold
storage.
