Michigan winning the CCHA won #2 West; and due to Keith's posting Vermont
is #2 East.  The controversy will surrond the #3 seeds (Minnesota, and
Lake State).  Lake State goes East with higher PWR rating over Minnesota
since Michigan has higher PWR rating over Vermont to properly balance
regionals and make each subregional equally difficult.
 
MSU hosts so they clearly have the #4 West and Western has #4 East.  Both
have higher PWR ratings than Lowell and Clarkson the #5 seeds.  Lowell
stays East with higher PWR rating and Clarkson goes West.  The #6 West
should be Providence over Cornell.
