Ryan Johnson may leave UND team
 
  UND hockey coach Dean Blais said Tuesday there is a possibility that
sophomore center Ryan Hohnson may not return to the team for the second
semester.
  Johnson, fifth on the team in scoring with 19 points (2 goals, 17
assists), joined the Canadian Natinal team on Christmas Day.  That team
is coached by Tom renne, a former UND junior varisty hockey player.
  Blais said that Johnson definitely won't be back for this weekend's
Western Collegiate Hockey Association series between the Sioux and St.
Cloud State.
  Although Johnson has enrolled for classes for the second semester,
Blais doesn't know if Johnson will return by the time classes begin on
Jan. 13 - or it he'll return at all.
  Johnson was a second-round draft pick by the Florida Panthers two years
ago.  His oldest brother, Greg, plays for the Detroit Red Wings, and
another brother, Corey, is a senior forward on the Sioux team.
