"One thing that I wonder about is that at one point a list of Harvard
accomplishments was flashed on the screen. This included the
statement that Harvard had 13 straight NC$$ tournament appearances.
Is this correct? 13 straight ECAC appearances, I would believe, but
13 in NC$$ is hard to believe."

Harvard will make its 14th straight ECAC tournament appearance this year.
It has a total of 16 NCAA appearances (14-22-1 in those games), including
the last two tournaments. The Crimson appeared in five consecutive NCAA
tourneys from 1985-1989, winning the last.

Noted Hockey-L contributer Ian Kennish, by the way, batted 1.000 for
the Crimson - Harvard made the NCAA and ECAC tournament every year
he lettered.
