Thanks to Joe Finnerty and John Serio for clarification on Stevens's
short-lived career as pugilist.  A broken metacarpal is fairly common
for amateur boxers.
 
As a subscriber to The Wallace Stevens Journal, edited by Serio, I would
also be interested to know the sub information for the Stevens list.  Is
it maintained by Clarkson, like the Journal?
