in connection with Joe Ahearn's question I wd like to mention THE most helpful book next to
Terry's "Companion", it's
 
    "A Concordance to Ezra Pound's Cantos"
    by Robert J. Dilligan, James W. Parins and Todd K. Bender
    (Garland Publishing, Inc., New York/London 1981)...
 
  It cost me  410 deutsch Marks back then ('8), a horrendous sum even today for a book. But of
course THAT was worthwhile...
