Nathan Marsters completes a terrific weekend behind the pipes shutting out
Colgate by the score of 3-0. Following a 40 save performance at Cornell
the previous night Marsters will undoubtedly be selected ECAC goaltender
of the week once again.
With the win and sweep of the Central New York teams, RPI finishes sixth
and will travel to Hanover for a weekend series against Dartmouth.
Dartmouth hosts its first playoff game since 1980.
Colgate makes an unusual fall from grace going from the NCAA playoffs,
where a bad call stole away a win, to a playoff drop-out, finishing 11th
in the ECAC.
The top five in the ECAC:
1.Clarkson
2.St. Lawrence
3.Harvard
4.Cornell
5.Dartmouth
