And some folks would like to subtract that time from the goalie's minutes
played. I suppose the only thing preventing this - and it is a big one -
is that you've got to make sure you watch the clock carefully every time
there is a delayed penalty. One more thing to worry about. And you'd have
to get everyone to agree to do it. Not much chance of that unless the NCAA
were to mandate a standard system of stat-keeping.
