Quite unnecessary. Anyone who can develop skill should be quite free
to exercise it - expecially if the skill extends to taking a check
while maintaining control "on the stick". I hope I get a better view
of that than I did of Legg's play, where I didn't know what happened
til seeing replays.
We should however find some way to recognize Legg's feat if we don't enact
a Legg rule - I want him recognized in some way.
