Like to see some discussion of T. J. Clark's recent fireball <Farewell
to an Idea: Episodes from a History of Modernism>. Would provide a
broader context in which to consider Pound and welcome relief to the
moralizing of the pulpit pounders.
Clark's conclusion begins with lines from Canto LXXXVI, "But to have
done instead of not doing," etc. and ends pairing ep with Pasolini.
