As of this year, at about 35 of the 45 D1 programs they could.
 
Has anyone noticed that Cornell, Princeton, and Yale are all top-ten quality
programs based on their performance thus far this season?  Given Harvard's
traditionally annoying ability to skate all over the non-Ivies, both ECAC
and "foreign", at the moment the 6-team Ivy subset of the ECAC *might* have
the highest median quality of hockey of its history.
 
Seems like a lot of people are contributing to this discussion who have not
seen an
Ivy team play this season...  And, come to think of it, one of them is me! :
