Most of (but not all) of the people that do post boxes here have all the
penalty info at hand anyways.
I had retyped this sentence about 4-5 different times to try and get the
right wording. No I didn't do a survey to see who had official stats.
Maybe I should have said...

That is certainly everyone's choice. My message that started this whole
thread was my first message to the list in over a year (I read the list
faithfully every day though).
