Now THIS sounds more like it!
 
Not that anyone wants to evade responsibility for anything of this
type, But, logic would suggest that Guite (being as they've said) one
of the least Penalized, made the hit without the intent.
 
Hopefully, the viewing of the tape will correspond with this account
and support it, and now, WITH this account, people can watch the
scene with that to look for (Mower's body turn).
