0 Don Sabo from the Women's Sports Foundation has been on campus today,
discussing gender equity.  In a presentation to the athletics
department staff and others this morning, Sabo presented his "report
card" on UMaine's gender equity effort, which is rated at B-minus.  An
interview with Sabo is expected to air on the "Hang Time" show between
4 and 6 p.m. on WZON radio this afternoon (AM 620).  The Bangor Daily
News also covered this morning's presentation.  Reporter Jessica Bloch
interviewed UMaine Equal Oportunity Director Evelyn Silver for the
story this afternoon.
