I had a similar experience last year with the NCAA.
I didn't order my tix over the Internet but I ordered
my tix well before other people I knew and I got
stuck in the very upper deck of the Fleet Center.
This policy by the NCAA is not working at all.
I hope they make some corrections before Providence
next year.
 
Sorry for this diatribe but I feel it is necessary.....
I don't think it is too much of a stretch to say the NCAA
is, in general, probably the most unorganized, overbearing,
and arrogant organization in this country and maybe
the world.  It is time to clean house in the NCAA.
I see it is a bunch of corrupt power-hungry bureaucrats
who don't know the first thing about how to conduct
college sporting events.  Phew... that felt good....!
