** Other Comments **

There was a VERY good crowd of Maine fans there tonight. I tried to start
the M-A-I-N-E -- Go Blue Cheer, and a couple of Let's Go Maine's -- not bad
for an old broad of 40 (I guess I'm regressing back to my college days).

Maine played well enough to win, but they're going to have to play better
next weekend against UNH.

UMass Lowell has (in my opinion) the worst pep band I've ever heard. They
have microphones and amps up the ying-yang, and even try to sing. I can't
prove it, but their sound also seems like it is "enhanced" with recorded
music.

Can't wait until next weekend, when Dan and I will be at both of the games
in Durham (courtesy of one of my co-workers who has UNH season tickets).

The "real" March Madness starts on Monday.
