This is the news many of us who enjoy Hockey East games have been waiting
for. In today's (7/10) edition of the _Boston Globe_, reporter Howard
Manly disclosed that Sportschannel (NE) will broadcast up to 45 games this
season, the first of a three-year deal that the network signed with the
league. The story goes on to mention the past now abandoned relationship
of 13 years with NESN, their difficulties with making a profit, etc.
 
I'm sure this story is also on the Globe's website via Boston.com.
