Someone was asking about this a while ago, and it was finally released last
week.  I made a quick check of the archives and it didn't look like it had
already been posted.
 
The Fox Sports Detroit games are often carried by the entire Fox Sports
network live or tape delayed.  The Comcast Network is a consortium of cable
companies, and I have no idea which companies are involved (I know that the
consortium includes cable companies in and near Michigan--beyond that, I
have no idea).
