With 15 votes submitted this, the final week of the HOCKEY-L Poll
for this ~half of the season, BU ranks atop again after tying #2 UNH.
There was not a lot of movement in the poll at all from last week. The
only real point of interest is how the more teams are being mentioned on
every ballot, but even teams that get a "top-nod" don't always appear on
everyone's ballot...
I'll be sure to post when we'll get started again. I appreciate
everyone's votes so far this year. I'm going to try and add some more
features when we start up again, probably to include Tad Poll and Tad
Rate, as seen in the past. Anyone with ideas is more than welcome to
suggest them... Thanks again, and DROP THE PUCK!!!

Others receiving votes: Cornell 2, Clarkson 2, RPI 1.
ABOUT THE NUMBERS: Not very hard. Voters submitted a list of 12 teams in
order that they felt were the top 12 teams. Each 1st place vote received
12points, 2nd place received 11 points, etc. "Avg." is found by subtracting
the quotient of points by (total)votes cast from thirteen (thus allowing
no team to have an average higher than 1). Number of 1st place votes is
in parenthesis. Each team's record has been added as of the time of
posting, according to USCHO.
Any questions or comments about the format are welcomed, including what
you would like to see added or removed. I'll try to adopt to what people
want to see, as long as I can work it out...
=)
