I think it would be great for the NC$$ to grant a similar exception to the new
league.  However, with 5 leagues and the addition of several eligible D-1
teams, I would like to see a 16 team tournament.  It has always seemed odd to
me that a top 10 team may not necessarily make the tournament, and those
chances may be increased with an additional automatic bid.
